Inspire Properties Spain is owned and run by Clare Belton, a property expert with 27 years experience and knowledge of the industry from estate agencies, to property developers and letting agents, securing her first management role at the age of 24.  She was trained and worked predominantly in the UK, moving to Spain permanently 9 years ago, and has owned property here since 2003.

Clare´s vision for the company is to try to take the best parts of the industry from the UK and Spain and blend them into one unique company that excels in Customer Service with honesty and integrity.

We are based primarily in Almeria and Murcia, however Inspire Properties can market and sell homes throughout  the entire Country along with our exclusive partners, making it easier for buyers and sellers to find or sell their home.  We also have a revolutionary App which is at your fingertips wherever you are in the World.

As a new business, Inspire Properties need new instructions, and in return we will give you a new approach.  We are not a big company with hundreds of houses for sale, but this means that we can give you a more personal service and the time you deserve (and are indeed paying for)!  We also provide independent translation services to customers who prefer to speak their first language.  Buying and Selling can be a maze of confusion and stress without the worry of not communicating in your mother tongue.
