Also off the Living Area are the TWO DOUBLE BEDROOM which have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans not to mention hot and cold air conditioning units also!!    One of the rooms is being used as a 2nd RECEPTION ROOM/OFFICE as this is the owner´s preference, but shows the flexibility of the accommodation in this villa.  The BATHROOM is fitted with a bath which is unusual, with shower over.

From the rear terrace, there is a staircase upto the ROOFTOP SOLARIUM.  This terrace gives lovely views across the urbanisation and the distant mountains.  There is plenty of room for an above ground plunge pool or jacuzzi, and there is even a BAR included in the sale which has power!!
